This April, as part of Sustainability Month at Printful and Printify, we had the pleasure of hosting Linda Aspey from the Climate Psychology Alliance for a guest lecture that brought a fresh and often overlooked angle: the impact of climate change on our mental health.
While many resources tend to validate climate anxiety, they quickly pivot to managing symptoms. Linda took a bolder and more constructive path by naming the root causes, connecting them to the stress many of us feel, and most importantly, showing how we can turn that anxiety into meaningful collective action.
Working with Linda was a joy, and her honest, clear, and deeply human approach really resonated with our teams. My biggest takeaway? Don’t assume people don’t care—just start the conversation.
It was an amazing session, with a great balance of content, moments of reflection and participation. I really loved the safe space it offered and the practical resilience strategies Linda shared.
Linda is a highly skilled and intuitive speaker, coach and facilitator who has a wonderful ability to bring a group together, develop a powerful sense of team and galvanise great decision making and action. I could not recommend her highly enough.
I was really inspired to hear Linda’s personal story and how she built her own resilience when she faced adversity in her professional life; her passion for activism and transformational change was eye-opening. Moreover, I truly enjoyed spending some quality time discussing such important matters with my colleagues.
Linda delivered a mind-blowing speech to a packed room of leaders. She’s challenging & compassionate, blending climate science, leadership & psychology to create an intelligent, practical, thought provoking & inspirational talk.
Linda's session covered a wide range of topics and ensured a safe, confidential space for honest reflection on how the issues affect our personal and professional lives.
I have worked with Linda over many years on several occasions and situations, throughout all of which her work and support has proved immensely valuable and effective. She has experience in supporting colleagues in highly challenging situations and roles. She has provided both individual executive coaching as well development of coaching capacity in the team. She is a person of huge empathy and integrity.
I would highly recommend Linda as a facilitator and trainer having experienced both through three facilitation commissions and one training course. She is incredibly knowledgeable, insightful, energetic, flexible, honest and humble. Linda provides great facilitation for one off events and team development series including preparation and follow up. Linda adds value through her natural coaching style which helped get me through the events, improving them in real time and ensuring that future ones within a series were even more effective.
The Time to Think Foundation with Linda is an excellent programme which allows you to practice, test and then build your competence in taking advantage of having a great Thinking Environment. The techniques seem so simple at a glance, yet it takes real practice to master them. There is huge gain to be had if you take the time to understand its power and relevance back in the work place as well as at home. Linda makes the experience really engaging and the learning effortless. I have come back to work and am adopting all of the practices and seeing real benefits as a result.
Linda is a thinking environment. Her Facilitator course is the most enjoyable TE course I've done and her support during and afterwards is invaluable.
The course was excellent from beginning to end, in both design and delivery. We had a great group and a world class facilitator in Linda. It took my appreciation of the power and humanity of this way of working to a completely different level and as I left the course bound for my everyday world I left with a wonderful feeling of hope, optimism and excitement.
