My Approach

As a coach and facilitator trained in the Thinking Environment®, my approach is to gently put people at ease and create a safe environment for them to explore, without judgment, what is going on for them.

I partner with clients to enable them to think through any given situation and come up with their own answers to seemingly insurmountable issues.

My skill lies in helping clients think only their thoughts, to trust themselves and connect heart to head. In my experience, this is where the peace and the hope come in. I consider it a privilege to work with people as they seek to achieve this.

My Experience

Over the last 30 years I have been lucky enough to work in very varied organisations and with many different people.  Originally an HR professional working first for an FMCG, a law firm and then an investment bank, I moved on to project management and interim leadership for different City institutions, coaching teams navigating periods of unexpected change and uncertainty. I know from experience the pressures people face in balancing the delivery of high-quality work in demanding environments.

Having qualified as a coach and facilitator, I now coach both private and corporate clients in the public and private sector. I also write and deliver bespoke training for clients covering topics such as confident communication. I enjoy facilitating important meetings for clients to enable honest and meaningful communication, where people feel valued and heard, which in turn leads to positive outcomes and commitment to change.

In the last four years I have worked closely with schools and parents to deliver my own Engaging with Adolescents™ programme, equipping parents and teachers to build relationship and understanding of our young people, an area of work I am passionate about.
