Before joining the word of consultancy, I was responsible for driving and managing significant change at a senior level in multinational companies. 

I have over 18 years experience in marketing and General Management in a range of industries and geographies. In the late 90's I joined the internet start up quicken.com.au, driving the business strategy and organisation development, culminating in a successful IPO.

On moving to London in 2000 I joined FT.com as General Manager of their personal finance website (FTyourmoney) and successfully bought this to profit. I then transferred to Pearson Broadband to build the company in three offices globally. Following this I spent two years in Tokyo where I established a successful Coaching & Change Management Consultancy, returning to the UK in late 2005.

My experience enables me to facilitate clients to successfully manage career transitions, organisational change, develop their true potential and that of their teams and to manage the pressures that successful people have. These can include delivering change projects, changing careers, delivering stretch results, leading teams and achieving work/life balance.
