I have over 16 years of HR experience to HR director level across a variety of organisations and sectors including food retailing, business publishing, book publishing, transport, professional institutions and online gaming.

I work right across the spectrum of operational and strategic HR, from advising smaller organisations on finding pragmatic solutions to their people challenges, to managing and implementing large scale change programmes. My passion is in making people strategy a reality, by helping people work together more enjoyably and productively.

I relocated to Yorkshire in 2007, and now work both in the North of England and in London.
