I have a broad learning & development background; particular areas of expertise include leadership and management coaching, career development and outplacement coaching, leadership and professional skills training, and induction programmes. My special interest is in building higher levels of employee engagement and productivity through developing organisations’ leadership and coaching capability.

Before joining Aspey Associates, I worked for GE’s mortgage business in the UK and before that, the BBC as a journalist, producer, trainer and finally internal Leadership Coach for their award-winning Coaching Service. I am also a qualified solicitor.
