My HR experience has been gained over 30 years, bringing substantial employee relations and organisation development experience to our clients. Previously I held a number of senior Training and Development, Employee Relations and Human Resources positions at The Financial Times, News International Newspapers, in Local Government, and in the Civil Service.

My particular areas of expertise include performance management, leadership, interpersonal skills, change management, and personal coaching. I have designed and managed major corporate management development and leadership programmes, implemented talent management strategies, managed graduate trainee programmes, and designed most types of pay & benefits policies.
