I have been facilitating individuals and teams in personal and organizational growth for over 20 years; initially as an educator, then therapist, trainer, executive coach and "shadow consultant",. working with internal and external organisational consultants and senior executives to facilitate their own insight into the systems, behaviours and relationships they encounter and the part they play in them.

Prior to this I was a manager in the restaurant, publishing and movie industries in the USA and Australia. All these threads, and others, are woven into my work with clients, and my own learning is a constant evolving process. I have worked with clients from across the sectors and internationally, focusing on leadership transformation and the integration of personal and professional skills development.  My intention is that clients feel aligned to their values, create synergistic relationships, and are re-inspired by their own untapped potential and that of their organization.

My other interests include the Association for Coaching, of which I am an Honorary Vice-President, was its founding Head of Accreditation, and am an AC Coach Mentor-Supervisor.
