As an executive coach, psychotherapist and HR strategist, my experience of 20+ years encompasses numerous aspects of individual, team and organisational learning and development across a spectrum of industries, leaders and  managers. I have worked in the UK, mainland Europe, the USA and South Africa.

My primary passion and specialisation is working with leaders and their organisations to enhance relationships that in turn transform performance.

My own learning journey continues as new challenges in corporate life emerge for my clients, and I'm constantly seeking new ways to facilitate the growth of others in response to these challenges.

Professional and ethical practice is of vital importance to me: I am a board member and governor of BACP (Europe's largest professional body for the talking therapies, with 30,000 members);  an accreditation assessor for the Association for Coaching (AC); founder of AC's online executive coaching forum; and initiator of AC's online directory of coaching supervisors.

I am also a director and board member of Hire Intelligence UK, the national AV and IT rentals franchised business.
