My early management career was as managing director of a list-broking company in London, before I moved to Australia and built a thriving company specialising in leisure events across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. I returned to London in the mid 90’s and retrained as a psychotherapist, moving into organisational consultancy in 2000.

I have led organisational change and outplacement project teams, often achieving settlement rates in excess of 95% and have run international management and executive coaching programmes and team building events in the UK, Thailand, South Africa, Nigeria and Pakistan.  In 2005 I took on the challenge of spearheading the growth of the Association for Coaching in South East Asia and am a member of the AC Coach Accreditation panel.
