I started my career with a commission in the Royal Marines, going onto hold senior positions in intelligence, training, and selection. After leaving I set up a successful T&D enterprise for the NHS before moving on to establish the Organisation Change Practice for a major firm of management consultants. I later moved into financial services in both change and HR roles and then European head of T&D for a FTSE 100 manufacturing/FMCG company. All of this experience provided tremendous opportunities to understand organisational life and human behaviour and I returned to consultancy in 1999, focusing on executive coaching, leadership development, and team facilitation across a wide range of organisations including world class sports teams and Fortune 500 companies.
- Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development
- MBA from Warwick University
I am also the author of the L360e, and the Performance Climate Survey multi-rater development and assessment tools.
