a) Executive Coaching

Meaningful, confidential, honest, goal-focused conversations. How very useful they are. When you're a leader or an aspiring one It’s so good to have time to think about the stuff that matters, and sometimes the stuff that shouldn’t but does, taking with it your time and energy.

Good coaching enables leaders to take time to think, to understand themselves, and to gain clarity in order to inspire and lead others authentically.  When leaders are at their best, there are genuine improvements in relationships, individual and team performance, and better conversations will start to catch on throughout the whole business.  It's rarely easy but with a good coach on your side it becomes infinitely possible.

Our coaching clients tell us that they most value these 3 things from working with us:
  • Time to think – space to reflect and really think rather than just do, so they can develop new awareness, insights and perspectives, free from immediate pressures to coach, give direction or provide answers;
  • Someone who’s only agenda is helping them to be a great leader – they like the honest and direct relationship with a coach who is impartial yet interested, encouraging yet challenging, confidential yet not collusive, striving yet not competitive;
  • Practical tools – they welcome the powerful and subtle tools and techniques we share with them because they work. Tools that develop confidence and help them to take the coaching conversation back out there to get tangible results.
Neuropsychology now tells us that the attentive, generative presence of another makes people’s thinking significantly more creative, clear, thorough and decisive. So having a seasoned coach actively helping you to do your very finest thinking and make sound decisions will help you to be the very best you can be. Whatever your needs, pressures or challenges.

b) Team Coaching

One to one executive coaching alone may not always make for an effective leadership team – they need to understand how they work as a group within a wider system. When it’s business plus pressure as usual, they don’t usually have the time or energy to think about how they’re working together. If it’s working, don’t rock the boat, and if it’s not, it’s sometimes easier to hope it will resolve itself than it is to address it.

Yet having coaching as a whole team can really foster connection and team purpose.  Where a team can learn to work together in a coaching style, life becomes easier, more open, more transparent, more supportive and more able to discuss the undiscussable.

Our leadership team coaching programmes are completely bespoke, often run alongside one to one coaching when there’s a big organisational change on the horizon and during the transition.
