My HR career has provided me with a wealth of HR experience at both operational and strategic levels across the UK and rest of Europe, within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, music, and publishing, with board level responsibility for the HR function. This has involved developing HR strategy, designing and implanting organisational development programmes, introducing performance management programmes, implementing structural change including growth, mergers, acquisitions and downsizing, and dealing with staff groups and unions. I aim to bring pragmatism to both everyday and unique situations, focusing on delivering positive results for all concerned.
